This role is ideal for someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys doing a varied role. You need to be able to empathise and have the resilience to deal with complaints.
You will deal with query resolution and be responsible for your own geographical areas. You will speak to customers and deal with their queries and complaints. You will coordinate calls outs (maintenances workers and contractors) and order materials. You will liaise with customers and third parties over the phone and e-mail.
This is a fairly autonomous role, you will be responsible for recording information, dealing with internal & external stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will need to be accurate and have good attention to detail as you will be maintaining and update their in-house database.
You will need to be well organised, motivated, have a passion for customer service and the drive to succeed.

08:30 – 1700 (45 minutes for lunch)
£10.00 per hour
Temp to Perm (approx. 4 weeks)
