We are recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to work for this leading Financial Services company based in the local area.
Salary: £19,500 to £22,000 – dep.upon experience. Fantastic benefits included too!
Core office hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.
For now, the role is very much remote working however once things are back to normal, you will then of course be office based.
*Ensuring customers are given the very best service possible at all times – typically this will be via email and phone calls.
*Dealing with all queries professionally, a lot of your time will be spent picking up the phone and making sure that the call is directed promptly and investigated further if need be?
*Resolving any issues, complaints whilst being able to adhere to company requirements.
*Assisting the team when needed.
The successful applicant will have:
*Excellent customer services experience, ideally from an office environment.
Alternatively, if you have worked or are currently working within a Retail setting, this could also be of an advantage as full training and development are provided for the right person.
*Superb written and spoken English together with good numeracy skills and analytical thinking.
*A positive work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond your daily tasks.
*Grade C min. in both English and Maths. This is non-negotiable.
