Reed Warrington are excited to be working with a successful based freight client in the Warrington area, who are looking to recruit a Customer Care Advisor to be based in their brand new site near to the Gemini retail park. The vacancy is a very exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to get a foot in the door with a growing business.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract with a salary of £16,500 - £17,500.

The working hours are between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week. The shifts are as follows:

08:00-16:30
08:30-17:30
09:00-17:30
09:30-18:00 – If you can only do the late shift this is acceptable.

There is also a Saturday morning 09:00 – 13:00 (1 in 4 Saturdays or less) which is paid overtime.

Our client are looking for self-driven, results orientated, good communicators who are able to work on own initiative, and are focused on producing high quality work to join their Customer Care team.

Role duties include:

• Answering inbound calls although this is only a small part of the role
• Responding to queries on emails and in-house portal
• Action of emails in a prompt manner
• Booking and tracking collections
• Tracking of consignments
• Escalating customer queries and complaints to Customer Services Managers
