WE ARE LOOKING FOR FIVE PERMANENT CUSTOMER CALL HANDLERS TO START ON MONDAY 7th AUGUST.

REED are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading International insurance company who have recently moved into the centre of Bristol.

A fantastic opportunity presents itself for a number of Call Handlers.

You will be handling incoming client calls, relating to either ongoing or new travel insurance claim applications, ensuring all enquirers are dealt with in a professional, efficient and effective manner


Main Duties and Responsibilities are:

- Handle all telephone calls in a customer focused way
- Input customer details correctly ensuring the correct forms are sent within 24 hours
- Record and update customer information accurately
- Communicate clearly, accurately and effectively with internal and external customers
- Ensure that all regulatory guidelines are adhered to
- Adhere to the company’s FCA and TCF (treating customers fairly) guidelines
- Be compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998
- Support managers to manage the key risks within your department
- Ensure that you conduct your role with honesty and integrity
- Report any suspected incidents of fraud and corruption
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Undertake any other duty or responsibility that may be allocated by your manager


You will:

- Be customer focused
- Be committed
- Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have the ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
- Have good planning and organisation skills in order to meet deadline.
- Have good geographical knowledge

This is a full time role covering 37.5 hours per week between 08:30am - 17:00pm Monday - Friday.

Some flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
