We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer services.

The Contact Centre is looking for customer focused, resilient individuals to be the first point of contact for families and partner agencies accessing the Directorates for Children’s, Families and Adult Social Care Service. As a highly skilled and customer focused member of the team you will provide effective, high quality and responsive services at the first point of contact, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

We are looking for individuals who can work over the next 3 - 4 months with a possibility of going permanent after the initial booking
