CRM Project Manager

My client are going through a large CRM implementation across the EMEA region and we’re looking for a seasoned PM to deliver this project on time and within budget. This is going to be signed on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, although there is scope for this role to continue as they have a pipeline of projects as per their roadmap.
Any prior experience managing an EMEA wide CRM system would be a significant advantage, but we’re happy to look at PMs with experience managing projects implemented across the EMEA region.

• Management of the agreed project budget and delivery within the budget framework
• Creation of all the appropriate documentation to run projects successfully, for eg: URS: RACi: RAID: Project Plan
• Creation of charts and scheduling of activities and tracking to ensure tasks are completed
• Risk analysis and mitigation plan
• Maintenance of issues and risks log
• Monitoring and reporting of progress projects
• Leadership of project team and direction to achieve project goals
• Development of stakeholder influence maps to engage and strategically influence
• Business partnering to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and receive the relevant communication as required
• Maintain and control quality of projects and quality standards
• Development of business benefits statements and the realisation of those benefits to the organisation
• Development of tactics to coordinate change management process and embed
• Development of project charters
• Design and apply appropriate Project Management standards
• Prepare project exception reports
• Identification of interdependencies with other projects
• Horizon scanning to future proof initiatives
• Post evaluation of projects to identify learnings that can be applied to other projects
• Planning and defining scope of projects
• Creation of project governance structure: Steering Committee: Project team: Roles and Responsibilities: Meetings schedule
• Activity planning and scheduling
• Evaluating resource requirements and deploying appropriately
• Adoption and delegation of roles to achieve project outcomes
• Maintain overall use of resources and take corrective action where necessary
• Apply change control and configuration management processes
• Manage production of project deliverables
• Development of a schedule to deliver the project aims, objectives, vision and key deliverables
• Development of a project plan that breaks down all required tasks with set timelines of delivery
• Evaluation of the budget requirements and budget submissions with sufficient detail of costs so that investment decisions can be made
