Are you a results driven CRM Manager? Experienced and passionate about creating and owning a global, multi language CRM solution?

This is an incredible opportunity to become part of a growing global team, in a fast paced dynamic environment, based in Bank.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience implementing innovative CRM solutions across multiple markets.





The Role: 
-
Develop and manage the segmentation, programme development and optimisation of global email programmes

- Ensure that email marketing and customer data is compliant with FCA regulations and UK/ EU data laws and policies

- Streamline email testing, coding, creation and content to deliver a customisable and personalised customer solution.

- Analytics and impact – Be able to demonstrate connected thinking of how email performance data from the ESP (TBC) and CRM (Salesforce) can be integrated into PowerBI to show incremental value on revenue.



You will need:
- Salesforce experience is paramount, the ability to audit the data, implement improvements and drive the CRM forward
- ESP Experience (IBM, Pardot and other leading providers)
- HTML/ CSS/ Dreamweaver experience in building and testing emails
- Email rendering across multi devices and multi email providers
- Ability to manage workflow and stakeholders to deliver multiple elements that make up a successful email programme
- Copy writing ability to construct emails in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Experience of Google Analytics and reporting email success
