Scheduling and travel administrator (lovely company) – Helensburgh

My client is seeking an administrator to join their busy team based in Helensburgh. This role would suit an administrator coming from the logistics/scheduling/crewing or travel industry. Your previous admin experience is great but also you must bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn to this role as you will receive 100% support from the team so the right team fit is of great importance to them.

You will report directly into the line manager. The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Extra benefits include 29 days leave including bank holidays.

Free car parking is available on site. Salary is up to £18,000 depending on experience.
Duties include:
• Answering all incoming calls and enquiries
• Liaising with the crew on a daily basis
• Coordinating with travel agencies for the crew’s air and hotel travel
• Keeping track of the rosters and reacting to last minute changes to be made
• Updating excel spreadsheets
• Experience in the marine industry is beneficial
