Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manger

- To process and record accurately, all new sales ledger accounts and maintain throughout their life span.
- Liaise with sales ledger customers and management
- Amend any incorrect data
- Manage new accounts forms ASAP and keep relevant personnel informed at all times. Credit Checking new accounts.
- Maintain filing system.
- Assist other departmental team members as necessary.
- Maintain and apply direct debits to the system with care, accuracy and attention to detail is imperative.
- Process any incoming mail, both external and internal appropriately
- Liaise with internal colleagues regarding processing of internet orders and update as necessary.

-  Previous experience working in an accounts department in a similar role
