Are you someone who enjoys supporting and training others? Do you enjoy seeing your team thrive and feel a sense of pride when you know they are happy in their work?
The team you will be heading up are all experienced credit controllers. Your role will involve coordinating the work load, reporting on SLA's, reviewing aged debt and managing targets and client focus. You will need to be a confident excel user and be able to assist the manager with month and quarterly reports. But a very important part of the role is to be there for the team, offering any support you can to assist and motivate while they are working remotely and when they are back in the office.
This role is initially for a six month period, but there is a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.
