Established company based in the Crawley area seek an experienced Credit Control Manager to join their small team. Reporting to the FD this role will be responsible for the UK debtors ledger. This role will be responsible for debt collection and financial management of customer accounts ensuring the minimising of overdue debt, problem solving and providing payment solutions. Key responsibilities will include:
*Agreeing customer balances, cleaning accounts and matching debt
*Liaising with central accounting team to ensure customer accounts are maintained and tasks are not duplicated
*Reporting to UK FD/Operations and working with European AR team
Ideal candidate will have previous credit management experience and possess strong Excel and analytical skills. Strong financial and commercial experience is essential and ICM qualification is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to work independently and also as part of a team. Adaptable, organised and self motivated individual is also essential.
