REED Accountancy are working with a superb client based in Newcastle. They're looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
- Updating Spreadsheets
- Organising and managing deductions
- Dealing with incoming calls and subsequent queries where appropriate
- Produce and deal with the daily bill reminder notifications (VAT letters)
- Chasing customers for invoices
- Payment plans
- Any other ad hoc admin tasks as required
You will have:
- Credit Control or Accounts Receivable experience
- A good level of Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
