My client are looking for a skilled Administrator to join a team who manage e-learning courses and need support in all aspects of the process from signing up to completing the course.
This is an interesting and varied role where tasks include uploading courses to an eLearning platform, uploading course material and ensuring that only the most up to date information is available. You will play a pivotal role in responding to queries ensuring they are managed in a timely and professional manner and ensuring that all other administration is up to date.
You will have accurate data entry skills, a high attention to detail and be used to working in a fast paced working environment. You will have advanced MS office skills especially Excel as there will be work on spreadsheets and G Suite. You will also have exceptional customer service skills and someone who enjoys being part of a team.
This is a temporary role for around 3 months with potential to be extended and will be home based during the current restrictions.
All registration are currently remote and the recruitment process for this role will involve a few online assessments.
