Your primary role will be to manage the generic inbox of the team, acting as triage for emails and redirecting as appropriate.
Respond to general correspondence, both email and written.
Maintain a database for recording correspondence received, analysing trends and highlighting common themes and areas of concern.
Deal effectively with all personal visitors and telephone calls, including the taking and passing on of messages and ensuring action is taken if required.
Open, register and distribute the post as appropriate.
Maintain and order stationery and catering stocks.
Undertake administrative duties as required.
