REED Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with one of the largest employee benefits consultancies in the UK.

We are therefore looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals to provide high levels of administration and client support in running their employee benefits programmes for a portfolio of SME clients.

In return you will be provided with a salary of £18,000-£23,000 DOE, a bespoke training programme, support in gaining relevant qualifications and promotional opportunities.

This is a permanent full time position with the working hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.

About the Position

You will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and their clients, becoming the main point of contact for all new business and employee benefits queries and providing clients with information in order to assist them in making informed decisions and offering alternative recommendations.

• You will liaise with Senior Management, responding to requests and queries
• Identify additional opportunities to offer clients additional solutions and recommendations
• Work within set timeframes and SLA’s
• Collate reports and market information for Senior Managers
• Assess the market to provide the best policies and benefits packages

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of effective relationship management, ideally in a corporate arena. As well as being a strong administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills.
