Copywriters!
We have a temporary to permanent position based in the beautiful countryside of Upper Dean in a beautiful barn-converted office, with a fantastic salary of £26,000-£28,000 per annum

The company is one of the best-known companies in the world to deliver strategic communications programmes that improve how their employees think and behave in terms of their personal, information, cyber and physical security.

As a Copywriter, you will be expected to create a wealth of communications materials that engage our clients' employees, including e-Learning courses, articles, intranet resources and animated infographics.

Responsibilities
● Create compelling, engaging and creative campaigns that raise clients' employees' security awareness
● Seek the messaging and approach that works for every channel, whether it's a new e-Learning course, intranet articles, animated infographics, or refreshing existing client content
● 'Translate' volumes of dry client policy into engaging prose to populate clients' intranet-based security awareness and training portals
● Timetable your change programmes appropriately, taking into account client priorities, quality control and on-time delivery
● Build effective relationships with clients, managing expectations and communicating effectively and professionally throughout every campaign
● Use your experience of change communication and stakeholder engagement to be a source of advice and expertise for clients as to what will work to get their messages across
● Ensure the content you produce is of the highest quality: tightly drafted, grammatically correct, visually attractive and adhering to clients' requirements, style guides and mandated tone of voice
● Running campaigns to budget and working with project managers to ensure profitability

Additionally, you may be required to:
● Carry out qualitative and quantitative research
● Create, manage and analyse online surveys, and run in-person focus groups and one-to-one interviews
● Produce in-depth management information reports for clients

We would love you to:
● Have an understanding of internal communications and how it are used to effect change within a business
● You are an extremely articulate communicator, both verbally and in writing
● Your friends say you're a great listener, and you value someone's EQ just as much as their IQ
● You can not only write and publish an article: you can analyse the data to figure out who actually reads it, and use that feedback to decide what to change for next time
● You're naturally organised, and you like to plan ahead
● You understand the importance of receiving feedback and know how to use it to further your professional development

Nice-to-have/Willing-to-learn:
● You have worked in a client-facing role in the past
● You can present to a room of important key stakeholders
● You have experience eliciting large amounts of information through surveys, focus groups and one-to-one interviews and collating, analysing and drawing conclusions from this information
