Reed Recruitment are currently looking for a Coordinator in the Swindon area on a temporary ongoing basis.
Duties:
• Managing updates and changes during the different stages of an order once it has been placed
• Autonomously managing a caseload of accounts and prioritising urgent deliveries, tasks and escalations as necessary
• Ensuring that quotes match and delivery is in line with customer policy
• Acting as the main point of contact for all internal and external queries to do with the deliveries
• Providing updates to customers on the expected delivery date
• Following up on new orders in the pipeline and chasing dealers for updates
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the team by managing queries coming into the team inbox on a rota basis
• Investigating customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Seeking opportunities to suggest improvements to processes and the service provided to customers
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
• Handling internal and external phone and email queries
• Completing ad-hoc tasks to support the team manager
We are looking for:
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role managing your own caseload
• Adept at managing conflicting priorities and making timely decisions within parameters of role
• Ability to support colleagues with the their caseloads and manage shared team tasks
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Experience using different systems to process information and manage your priorities
• Competent in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent telephone skills and comfortable talking to dealers and customers
This role is due to start WC 15/03 and the closing date for applications is 2nd of March.
