Fantastic opportunity to join an established successful law firm based in Lowestoft.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday to work in a busy legal department to provide full secretarial support.
Your main duties will be:
To prepare correspondence and documents using audio typing and word processing.
General administration tasks
Assisting with audio typing with digital dictation software (Bighand)
Talking with clients over the phone and face to face
Making appointments for clients
Filing and associated administrative duties
Answer telephone enquiries
Skills required for the role:
• Typing experience with Digital dictation
• The ability to communicate well via telephone, in person and email
• Secretarial background (legal background) preferred.
• Organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail.
