I am currently working for an inspiring, dynamic and pro-active organisation who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their Chippenham team

Their Private Client Department requires a full time experienced Legal Secretary who needs to be self-starting and proactive to assist in the continued development of their offices. Applicants must be computer literate with Microsoft Office programs and have previous experience with supporting Private client Law  

Key responsibilities: 
* Producing legal documents like wills and contracts
* Preparing court forms and statements
* Handling confidential information
* Working from solicitors' written notes and audio files (dictation)
* Dealing with clients
* Making appointments and managing diaries
* Keeping records
* Accompanying solicitors to court or police stations
* Delivering and collecting documents
* Filing and general administrative work
