Reed Business Support are looking to recruit a Contracts Coordinator on behalf of their client within the Social Housing industry. The role is be to assist with various functions associated with compliance areas including Gas & Electrical Servicing, Asbestos, Legionella, M&E and Biomass systems, liaising with Customers, internal teams and contractors.
The position will be for an initial six month period with the potential to o permanent.
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Experience of collating and presenting statistical information using spreadsheets and databases
Experience of delivering an exceptional customer service
A good understanding of the importance of equal opportunities in employment and service delivery.
Experience of coordinating compliance activities and maintaining accurate records gained from working within the private and/or public sector, construction and maintenance environment or equivalent.
Experience of scheduling works, including liaising with, and co-ordinating, contractor activities.

Salary range: £18,426 - £22,462
The role will be based at the business office in Chelmsley Wood, Solihull. The role will be 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 08:30 – 17:30. To ensure office cover flexibility between those times would be required.
