Our client, a leading facilities services organisation with offices in Bristol are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for client calls, logging and managing issues reported
Account manage each issue reported, acting as key contact between the client, engineers and contractors
Ensure the effective planning for all projects and tasks
Oversee accurate completion and closure of tasks and ensure this is logged on the in house system
Proactively manage workloads to ensuring all SLA and KPIs are achieved
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Strong IT skills, with the ability to pick up and learn in-house systems quickly
Problem solving skills, and the ability to work well independently
This role is worked over three shift patterns: 7am-4pm, 8.30-5.30pm & 10am-7pm
Candidate for this role but be able to work the shift patterns above and be able to commit to this position on a temporary to permanent basis.
