Contracts Administrator required for well-established Food Trading Company in the Hendon area. This will be on a temporary to permanent basis. The permanent role will pay £22,000 to £24,000 per anum.

Experience as a Contracts Administrator is desirable, as the successful candidate will be required to issue contracts and send them to the relevant parties as well as produce contract files and review received contracts. There will be some general administration duties involved also, such as maintaining records of product samples and coordinating the Trading department’s trips including travel bookings, meetings, etc.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is solid administration experience of at least 2 years. Knowledge of Incoterms is also necessary, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in another language is desirable, but not essential.

Candidates should be available for an immediate start.
