You will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the sales and finance functions within the organisation. This role would suit someone with administrative experience, who is a self starter and with a keen eye for details. 

You will be responsible for;
- Writing contracts
- Liaising with client to chase up the return of contracts
- Initial point of contact for any queries
- Generating Activity reports
- Generating Sales figures Reports
- Administering holiday and sickness records
- Creating sales presentation documents
- General facilities administration

The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role within a fast paced environment.
It is essential that you have excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, you will be asked to complete assessments on these packages. 
You must have a keen eye for detail, be able to spot discrepancies within information and able to work to time frames. 
This role will involve communication on the telephone with some clients to answer general enquiries and so excellent communication skills are required. 

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, although there may need to be some flexibility with these hours.
