They provide process automation and can take over departmental functions including customer services, finance and accounting, HR and Payroll, property services, revenues and benefits and schools services amongst other client specific requirements.
You are either an exisiting director or someone who is about to step up to their next role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to:
Shape, qualify, champion and drive the process of identifying commercial opportunities.
Develop productive working relationships with the CEO and senior leadership team.
Monitor and review service levels, financial performance, and KPIs for each commercial client contract or account.
Give effective leadership on industry trends and their effects on client strategy, internally and externally.
Report on all aspects of the departmental business, as appropriate and necessary.
You are a new business leader with the ability to lead from the front, whilst being part of the group. Your experience, charisma, kudos and gravitas make it easy for you to communicate effectively, whilst engaging both internal and external stakeholders in meaningful commercially focussed dialogue.
To be considered for this role, you will be a educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience.
Experience of Business Process Outsourcing within a public sector context delivering value added solutions. You also have a experience of developing and maximising relationships with Senior Executives.
You are a pragmatic problem solver and a calm under pressure decison maker.
You have excellent interpesonal skills and are a highly professional, polished communicator. Comfortable presenting at board level as well as communicating to diverse commercial audience groups.
