I am recruiting for a leading provider of facilities, energy and project management. They are global company based in Aztec West seeking a Contract Support / Contract Coordinator to join their busy team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

- Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.

- Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility. 

- Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard. 

- Achieve results within quality and time restraints.

- Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes, and ensuring continuous improvement.

- Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.

- Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly. Involve people and influence decisions.

- Operating a fully functional help desk facility. Ensuring effective liaison between clients; Contract Managers; engineers and subcontractors.

- Maintain Concept system. Uploading jobs and producing reports when required.

Ideally you will have experience within a similar role, with strong PC skills and excellent verbal and written skills.

23 Days Annual holiday + Bank Holidays

40 hours per week, operating hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a 1 hour lunch.
