My Client are a leading production and manufacturing business who for the last two years have been on a journey of business transformation and continuous improvement.
Working within an Electro-Mechanical production environment, we are now recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to deliver in three key areas; Customer Satisfaction, Manufacturing Productivity and Staff Engagement.
The role will drive transformation of company processes and systems to achieve 'World Class' performance and will take the business on a journey to embed Lean Thinking and Skills.
Working with all departments and Senior Managers, you will identify improvement opportunities and lead cross functional teams to deliver change.
You will develop and embed visual management systems and work to improve customer satisfaction, particularly relating to Delivery, Quality & Cost.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing their Quality Management System to ensure adherence to ISO9001:2015.
To be suitable for this role you will have proven experience of leading transformational change within an Electro-Mechanical production environment.
You will be Six Sigma qualified at either Green or Black Belt level.
You will also be experienced in managing ISO9001:2015 and external audits.
It would also be beneficial if you have a relevant Engineering/Science Degree (or equivalent)
