The role of a Contact Centre Team Manager will be offered to a positive, approachable and experienced person who has a track record of motivating teams and achieving targets.

Working alongside the management team you will be involved in the day to day running of the contact centre ensuring the highest levels of service, ensuring your team are happy and motivated and all targets and figures all being exceeded.
