Condition Surveyor required to work on a temporary or permanent basis for our client, a reputable housing provider with a stock of over 23,000 properties.

You will support the project team by producing condition reports of existing properties in order to enable to project team to  specify and programme major refurbishment work.

You will b able to base from home when suitable.

This position is paying up to £23 per hour for temporary or a permanent package of 31k inclusive of car allowance.
