Oxford City Council require a strong Administrator to offer vital support to the Minimum Energy efficiency standards project.
This is a new post within Regulatory Services and Community Safety assisting the enforcement function associated with work to pursue rogue landlords to improve housing conditions and to enforce the new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards.
The ideal person will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well with internal and external customers and be highly competent in using a range of software including MS Office applications
You will utilise data systems to carry out desktop checks to ensure effective prioritisation of enforcement action. This work will mainly be with domestic private rented sector properties however the project also involves work within the commercial sector. The post holder will also be expected to handle their own caseload.
This is a temporary role for five months, full time at £13.03 per hour. It will be home based with occasional working from St Aldates Chambers required.
