The Role

The Compliance Administrator (CA) works towards minimising contractual risk and supporting operational efficiency through the accurate and timely processing of in-bound and out-bound documentation via controlled electronic systems.
The role requires excellent attention to detail and communication skills. It involves ensuring confidential information (personal data and sensitive personal data) is managed within strict information security protocols.

You will ensure documentation and communication received from government agencies is recorded against the correct electronic record on the same day as receipt with the appropriate colleague and manager being notified.

Key Criteria which we will look for:

- Demonstrable experience in the use of electronic systems.
- Exemplary attention to detail, in particular when processing large volumes of information.
- Exceptional time keeping and organisational skills including the ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities in consultation with line manager
- Ability to collate and present data and findings both verbally and in the format of written reports.
- Previous experience of working in a compliance or quality function including experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of Excel; and good working knowledge of other Office packages.
- Demonstrable experience gained in a fast paced environment of the accurate input of high volumes of data and ability to prioritise workloads in line with business requirements
