We have an exciting vacancy coming up for a Customer Solutions Officer based in Bromley for one of the leading housing associations in the UK.

Purpose of your role
You'll take on responsibility for the day to day resolution of customer, key stakeholders and or residents. You'll be required to analyse feedback in order to identify any patterns or trends that can be used in order to improve the overall service provided.

Your key responsiblilities

- To respond to and investigate complaints in line with policy and procedure.

- Keep customers informed throughout the process by phone and/or in writing.

- Actively seek resolution of complaints by liaising with customers to understand their issues and provide solutions where possible

- Arrange compensation payments in line with company procedure.

- Monitor/report on the number compensation payments being awarded to resolve complaints.

Your experience

 - The ability to control conversations effectively, being able to say No, whilst maintaining good customer service.

- To act as liaison between MP’s and Councillors, the customers, partner contractors and outside agencies.

- Escalate issues where appropriate to the Complaints Manager.

- Maintain strong customer service at all times
