Are you an experienced Complaints Handler with experience of leading, motivating and training team members?

Our client are a leading reputable manufacturer of products to the consumer industry and are seeking an experienced Complaints Handler / Trainer to join their team based with the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of complaint handlers.

With a passion for customer service you will be customer focussed with strong problem solving, analytical and planning skills with previous experience of designing and delivering training packages.

Duties will include:

• Receiving and solving complaints from customers
• Providing a first class customer experience
• Work with line managers to identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Observe, analyse and report on existing and ongoing sales and administration



Previous experience within a complaints handling role along with training and process development is essential for this role. 

You will have a proven track record in designing and executing training programs and will possess excellent communication and project leadership skills.
