Customer Complaint Handlers - Permanent Full Time -  Leeds £20,700 and Excellent Benefits to start early October  

I am happy to be working in partnership with a very successful company, who are looking for a number of Customer Complaint Handlers.
The roles are to start as soon as possible and require you to, investigate, assess and reach a conclusion on multiple customer complaints whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
You will be working in line with a number of product and regulatory requirements and you will get the opportunity to work towards an accreditation that will be achieved through the training provided. 

As a successful Customer Complaints Handler you will be required to:

Review PPI complaints

· Speaking to customers on the phone to then gather more information

· Reviewing and investigating information on the various systems

· Using your knowledge of the banking systems to make a decision

· Interesting balance of speaking to the customers and back office/investigative and problem solving work

· Confident to articulate in the right way and be able to rationalise decision both verbally and in writing

· Challenges: controlling the conversation, drawing information from the customer, making balanced decisions and adapting to using multiple systems

· Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility

In order to apply you will need to have the following:

Previous Customer Service / Complaints handling experience over the telephone
Be able to show Confidence in talking with customers over the phone
Good standard of literacy and able articulate and rationalise decisions – both verbally and in writing
Excellent problem solving ability – able to identify all the facts and make a fair decision
If you are a graduate with some experience, you may be considered.
Strong skills demonstrated in Customer Care will be considered.
You must be flexible and adaptable to change, within a fast paced environment
There must be no problems passing a credit check. No CCJ's, IVA's or Bankrupcy
