We have 2 vacancies for Complaint Handlers on 6 month fixed term contracts. Salary of £23,000.

This is a high profile role, dealing with customer complaints within the Gas and Power industry from business customers. This role supports the UK business and involves working with both UK and offshore teams to resolve complaints to customer satisfaction. This is a key activity for the business and helps in ensuring a good end to end customer experience.

The role is responsible for; resolution of allocated complaints and liaising with Ombudsman, EHU and other internal stakeholders as required.

We are looking for;
Previous Utilities experience preferred
Must have 2-3 years experience of handling complaints in a complex customer focussed environment
Confident and the ability to communicate at all levels
Strong influencing skills – able to manage geographically remote relationships
