An exiting opportunity has arisen working for my client based in Bournemouth. As the UK’s leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions my client are looking to find someone to join their team as a Complaint Handler.

Your duties will be to:
- Liaise with Clients and other areas of the business with the aim of finding a quick solution to a complaint
- Vet, log and acknowledge complaints within timescales
- Conduct outbound calls on all Admin complaints to strive to resolve a high percentage of complaints over the phone.
- Data gathering information to support the decision-making process

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience dealing with complaints and come from either a general insurance or financial services background.
