Docklands, near Canary Wharf, London.

We are currently recruiting for Complaint administrators to join one of our financial services clients based near Canary Wharf.

In this role you will be communicating with customers, who feel their complaint regarding the mis-sale of PPI has not been fairly assessed. You will speak with both organisations and individual complainants, via phone call and email. It is very important to understand the individuals’ concerns to ensure that you have all the information to make a reasoned decision.

You will collate and analyse information sent in by customers to understand how best to handle their claim. You will speak to the customers to gain further information, add their case onto the system, ensuring accuracy at all times, then pass the compiled case to the correct team to investigate further.

You'll be working within a highly professional, yet friendly environment. You'll gain lots of experience, and have comprehensive training when you start to ensure you are fully supported in your role and can kick start your career in financial services.

You will ideally be available to start early November and committed to a minimum of 12 months in this role.

We are looking for candidates with varied backgrounds and ideally you’ll have some of the following experience:
• General administration experience – such as scanning, updating records and answering queries.
• Data input on various computer systems
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data capture and the recording of customer information
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
