Our client in the sports and entertainment sector based in West London are looking for a compensation and benefits analyst to look after HRMI and Payroll in putting as well as to be the first point of contact for all things benefits related. This is a permanent opportunity paying £28,000 - £33,000 (maybe a tiny bit more too for the right person) depending on experience plus perks too.

What does the role entail?

As the Compensation and Benefits Analyst you will spend 1 week of your month looking after Payroll for around 600 staff across the globe, Payroll is outsourced so you will only be doing the inputting: starters and leavers, holidays, P45 and P11D’s too. The other 3 weeks will consist of being the go to person for all things benefits related such as finding out how to add a partner on to one of the insurances, as well as this you will get involved in all HRMI creating a raft of reports such as pay gap reporting for example.

What skills do you possess?

You will have experience working in a position similar to that listed above, with the capability and experience to do the payroll tasks and a pro at HR reporting using MI. An added bonus would be having knowledge of Workday, bus this is not essential however you must be a pro with Excel to effectively manipulate HR data. You must be willing to learn all the company benefits or if you don’t know the answer being an inquisitive individual to source the required information for a colleague, therefore being approachable, a team player and a great communicator.
