 As a Compensation and Benefit Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the compensation and benefits program of our partner company while following the corporate policies and guidelines and meeting the organization’s objectives and needs.
You will manage and develop the Cafeteria Benefit System and other benefits the company is providing for employees, including vendor management activities. Introduce innovative strategies to support employee welfare and engagement.

What you will be doing:
Compensation
• Analyzes costs and competitive trends in total cash / total remuneration and identifies the organization’s position
• Prepares analyses about market trends, the market competitiveness of the company, determines the consequences to the company and develop organizational solutions which are in line with corporate compensation policies and guidelines
• Prepares data for and participate in different salary surveys
• Acts as an advisor to the HR Business Partners, Recruitment team and senior managers
Cafeteria and other benefits
• Analyzes costs and competitive trends in benefits programs and identifies the organization’s position
• Owner of the Cafeteria benefit program of the Hungarian office
• Manage the sub-contractor providing the on-line Cafeteria benefit system and benefits for employees
• Continuously develop the benefits system to ensure maximum satisfaction of the employees
• Provide inputs related to the benefits to the payroll team for the monthly payroll closing
• Ensure maximum legal compliance of the Cafeteria benefit process
• Prepares and renew the Cafeteria policy of the company in line with the changes in legislation
• Manage the Cafeteria benefits declaration periods

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• College or university degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with Compensation and Benefits focus
• Good understanding of laws regulating benefits
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
