Our client based in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside between Huntingdon and Northampton provide a unique service to a number of national and international blue chip clients. 

                                            Communications Manager

As the Communications Manager, you will be a master at creating a wealth of communications materials that engage clients' employees, including e-Learning courses, articles, intranet resources and animated infographics.

This is a leadership role within the organisation, giving you the chance to use your knowledge and expertise. You will manage the communications team via 1-2-1 sessions, mentor and develop new and existing team members and ensure profitability and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

 To hold 1-2-1 meetings with communications team members to provide guidance and mentoring
 To provide mentoring/training to new and existing communication team members
 Identify opportunities for upsell and mentor the communications team where required
 Ensure client goals are met whilst maximising profitability and mentor the communications team where required
 Ensure clear and concise project documentation and mentor the communication team where required
 Create compelling, engaging and creative campaigns that raise clients' employees' security awareness
 Create messaging that works for multiple channels, whether it's a new e-Learning course, intranet articles, animated infographics, or refreshing existing client content
 'Translate' client policy into engaging prose to populate clients' intranet-based security awareness and training portals
 Carry out qualitative and quantitative research to measure the maturity of their clients' security awareness
 Support the Consultancy team to create, manage and analyse online surveys, and run in-person focus groups and one-to-one interviews
 Produce in-depth management information reports for clients
 Timetable your change programmes appropriately, considering client priorities, quality control and on-time delivery
 Be responsible for the Quality Control process across the business
 Build effective relationships with TSC clients, managing expectations and communicating effectively and professionally throughout every campaign
 Use your experience of change communication and stakeholder engagement to be a source of advice and expertise for clients as to what will work to get their messages across
 Ensure the content you produce is of the highest quality: tightly drafted, grammatically correct, visually attractive and adhering to clients' requirements, style guides and mandated tone of voice
 Manage multiple concurrent client projects efficiently whilst staying organised, communicating effectively.
 Support the Project Managers with the client management where required
 Support sales & marketing function with product and service demonstrations and project scoping
 Support the development of new and existing products and services
