A local company, 10 minute walk from New Cross Train Station in South East London is recruiting for a t Communications & Marketing Co-ordinator on a  Temporary P/T 3 days per week basis until after Christmas.

DBS Is essential

-Tuesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
-Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
-Thursday 1:30pm -5:00pm

Reports to: Executive Director

Key Duties:

1. Establish and support information networks for the users, general public, media and relevant agencies.
2. Maintain and update the Company websites.
3. Co-ordinate marketing and promotion campaigns working with press/media contacts.
4. Develop new audiences & youth engagement using on-line social networks.
5. Manage marketing mailing list, email and text groups.
6. Co-ordinate program recruitment and data collation.

Summary of Responsibilities:

1. To co-ordinate client recruitment, marketing and promotional material for the program.
2. To provide assistance with the development of the organisation’s networks, in partnership with the Administrator, contributing information and contacts for the Company databases and mailing lists.
3. To maintain, update and service the Company’s websites, including FaceBook, Twitter, SoundCloud and other relevant social media networks.
4. To provide CICAS® members with relevant support materials; biogs, CD covers and promotional materials, including the development of their social networks for on-line promotion.
5. To highlight and research relevant information for users & the Company, utilizing a range of media: notice board, website, email, text message, Whats App, CD ROMs, DVDs and publications.
6. To manage and coordinate the registrations for programme.
7. To collate monitoring/evaluation details and attendance statistics for reporting purposes, in liaison with the Administrator and Programme Coordinator.
8. To provide quarterly Communications & Marketing Reports to the Executive Director.
9. To complete the Local Council Quarterly Monitoring Stats Report, in liaison with the Executive Director.
10. To produce Annual Stats for the purposes of reporting to funders and other stakeholders.
11. To work with volunteers to support the work programme.
12. To create and manage an annual events calendar, including client’s events, in liaison with the Executive Director and Programme Coordinator.
13. To establish a media and marketing database for exploitation of the Company’s services and resources, including corporate/events, recording & rehearsal facilities.
14. To review and develop the Company’s marketing strategy/audience development plan.
15. To collate marketing and social media data for analytic purposes.
16. To research potential on-line sponsorship and contribute towards fundraising.
17. To identify and establish productive/cost effective working relationships with graphic designers and printers.
18. To contribute and attend internal and external meetings/events as required by the Executive Director.
19. To carry out all duties in accordance with the Company’s policy documents and employment contract.
