My client is an SME organic food business based in SW London. This family run food company have seen YOY growth even through Coronavirus selling to retail.
They are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that comes with fresh and new ideas to contribute to the overall strategy.
Management of an experienced sales team of 6 to include:
- Setting and monitoring of KPI's
- 1-1 reviews and training
- Support with recruitment as and when needed
Target and bring in new business
- Managing key accounts
- Looking at new revenue streams for the business, e.g. OOH channel
- Experience managing top grocer businesses, ideally within an organic food category
An understanding of export markets would be advantageous, alongside knowledge and experience within NPD and management of cross-functional teams, for example marketing teams and the ability to utilise a marketing team to support the sales team.
The role is based in South West London and although you will be able to work from home you will be required in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, ideally 4, to maintain a managerial presence for the rest of the team.
