Reed Business Support are currently working with a well known and highly respected client of ours based in Falkirk who are looking for an administrator to fill a temporary vacancy.
This role, working for a UK wide company within the construction industry, involves a variety of tasks such as:
- Ensuring system guidelines, frameworks and scheduled rates are adhered to when validating Subcontractors’ billing
- Logging subcontractors’ invoices on spreadsheet trackers to ensure invoice amounts applied for correspond to work carried out
- Creating and uploading payment certificates on the finance system
- Various ad hoc investigation work for Quantity Surveyors
- Reconciling Subcontractors accounts
- Excel work (experience of pivot tables and v-lookups is essential)
This role is an ongoing temporary position starting as soon as possible. It has a strong likelihood of leading to a number of further opportunities for work going forward.
