Our client is offering a rare opportunity for a candidate with a passion for property to join them and develop within this property investment organisation.
This role will provide organisational support to the commercial and development teams to manage the organisation’s commercial property portfolio, throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
• Providing daily organisational support to Commercial Surveyor and the Head of Commercial & Development.
• Providing and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and colleagues.
• Developing an understanding of commercial property management and professional standards.
• Proactively involved in the facilities management of the portfolio and managing external contractors and to ensure the portfolio is H&S and statutory compliant.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be confident communicating with commercial tenants, colleagues and 3rd parties.
Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word are required, any experience of property management packages such as LandMark, or internal job sheet softward such as 4Site H&S portal, Helpdesk would be beneficial.
The role will include some regional travel, so a driving licence is required.
