Technical Sales Administrator
A position has become available within a Commercial Department to support the UK and European sales force.
The position will involve providing accurate price and delivery information, and the ordering of machines and accessories from principal suppliers in Germany and Japan. Co-ordinating movement of machines throughout UK and Europe and liaising with all internal departments including the sales and service teams and UK suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Dealing with emails and calls regarding quotations surrounding client orders specifications
Complete a price breakdown for each enquire
Place orders and review prices and specifications
Respond to customer queries
Advise the Sales team of any new promotions or models
Update and maintain the database
Liaise with suppliers and resolve queries surrounding delivery expectations
Attend Sales and Engineering meetings
The candidate must :
Preferable have worked within a technical company such as engineering (not essential
B e able to work to strict deadlines
Be good at prioritising workload
Work well in a team and sometime under pressure.
Have excellent communication skills at all levels
Candidates must be articulate, confident, and numerate and possess excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel is essential
