I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national Insurance firm who are seeking to take on an experienced Commercial Account Handler for their Southampton office. The firm have grown organically in the past decade with a customer count of over 20,000.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with Property Owner, Combined Liability, Fleet, Motortrade and Commercial Combined policies.
- Working as part of a small team to exceed our client’s expectations of service.
- To respond to queries in a timely manner with a positive attitude.
- To find to solutions to any issues our clients may have.
- Cross sell other opportunities with clients.
- You will need experience in the policies highlighted above, although it is not essential if you have strong Commercial Account Handler expertise.
- Experience in handling commercial non-motor claims.
- A professional approach, ensuring we recommend all relevant covers to our clients.
