I am currently looking for a resourcing administrator to start work as soon as possible on a temporary basis

My client an education provider based at across Manchester. They have campuses in the north, south and centre of the city. Each site has its own specialist, cutting edge facilities and a friendly, supportive atmosphere. They aim a huge range of opportunities to learners of all ages.

The position will be based in Newton Heath and you will be required to work on a full time basis. 8.30am to 5pm on a month by month temporary basis.


 Acting as the first point of contact for all Resourcing related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively
 Supporting and providing first line advice to staff and line managers on aspects of Resourcing including contract generation, offer letter, references, DBS ensuring that the customers queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
 To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates
 Maintaining/updating applicant tracking system to ensure a timely recruitment process
 Creating and advertising vacancies through various channels i.e job boards, our websites, radio, news papers
 Seeing the recruitment process from end to end.
 Securing confidential documentation in line with data protection
 Training new members of staff/passing on knowledge
 Building internal and external relationships
 Investigating complaints and ensuring a prompt resolution.

Desirable Experience
 Experience of working in a recruitment administration role.
 6 - 12 months’ experience of working in a recruitment administration role.
