A well-established Future 50 company require a CNC operator and programmer to fulfil increased demand for their services. With 4 consecutive years of double digit growth, the business has established itself as a versatile, innovative and reliable precision engineering supplier to many businesses nationwide, across multiple sectors including automotive, telecoms and power generation.

The company premises are comprehensively equipped with the latest state of the art machining capabilities and a full complement of CNC Milling and CNC Turning machinery to fulfil the specific needs of every project. Quality is key to their success, the high quality machinery allows them to produce exact components for any project to the highest standards with tight tolerances

The company prides itself on offering design engineered solutions and they are therefore looking for staff that take pride in their work.

Your key responsibilities and duties will be the programming and operating of a range of CNC machines, including the latest Haas and Mazak models. You will be expected to assist your fellow team members when required to ensure that all jobs are completed to the highest standards and within the time frame given.

To flourish in the position you should demonstrate
- An inquisitive nature
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team

If you possess CMM experience this will be particularly advantageous, and the company actively helps train employees in this area. 100% of work leaving the business is subject to inspection within bespoke facilities.

Working hours are 7.30am – 4pm Mon to Fri, with a competitive salary in line with your experience. Overtime is available for those who wish to work longer hours and career progression is encouraged for the right candidate.
