My client are a prestigious national firm who provide advice across whole of market financial products. They naturally service a high net worth client base, which includes a large bank of corporate clients.

They are looking for a Client Support Administrator. You will be based at one of the company's national offices in Wolverhampton. There is lots of free parking available and within a minutes distance from the M54.

You will work very closely with the Client Support Manager and your main duties will include:

- Obtaining illustrations from Provider Platforms
- Transferring benefits from Personal Pensions to GPPs
- Process and prepare new joiners
- Liaise with providers and clients on a daily basis and chasing up queries
- Carry out valuations and issue client review packs to IFAs

Experience required:

- Previous Financial Planning Administration or Corporate Pensions experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Able to build and maintain professional business relationships
- Experience using online provider platforms
