This organisation is a leading provider with an excellent reputation of delivering real results for its clients. They provide a rounded service and are looking for a hard working Client Services specialist to join their well-established team.

This role is integral to the business - you will be the first point of contact providing exceptional customer service for employees seeking guidance and advice over the telephone, as well as the providing technical support to both clients and our regulated Investment Advisers.

Duties Include:

Liaising with existing clients handling technical queries in matters relating to the management of their personal wealth
Liaising with our professional investment advisers and portfolio managers in order to provide clients with support
Making and receiving calls to and from employees of large companies and pension schemes in response to their attendance on educational seminars
Diary and activity management on behalf of our regulated investment advisers (using internal systems) in dealing with our clients
Overseeing the timely preparation and delivery to clients of their personal investment reports within internal SLAs
Overseeing the timely preparation and delivery to clients of their personal pension transfer and management reports

An Ideal Candidate will have:

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

Experience within financial services
Experience of client relationship management
Awareness of UK regulatory environment
Professional financial services qualifications
Willingness and desire to study towards and attain professional financial qualifications
Aspirations to succeed and develop a rewarding career that can lead to significant
personal progression
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
