Client Services Manager – Colchester

I am working with a very successful company who are based in Colchester. They are looking for a Client services manager to join their team.
As a Client services manager you will be expected to take full ownership of some of our high profile Contact Centre and Marketing Services clients. This role requires an exceptional client focused individual dedicated to delivery of amazing client services.


Key duties:
Manage the delivery of a large portfolio of Contact Centre and Marketing Services clients;
Achieve and exceed client’s expectations;
Forge excellent client working relationships through proactive leadership and communication;
Maintain client satisfaction & retention; developing and undertaking 360 feedback programme;
Achieve targets for growing client related revenue and profit;
Explore and identify growth opportunities with existing and new clients;
Prepare commercial client proposals and deliver client presentations, be a significant part of the bidding process;
Develop and manage effective external campaign strategies and internal communications and presentations;
Prepare and present high-quality management information reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis;
Plan and implement efficient processes and systems and document in full to form part of the company operations manual;
Add value to client decision making through extensive knowledge of Contact Centre and Marketing Service delivery;
Effective budget management;
Develop a full awareness and monitor client competitors, undertaking extensive research and analysis;
Proactive engagement with clients through regular face-to-face communication and effective service delivery;
Promote the company to existing and new clients;
Accurately record time spent working on each specific campaign on company timesheets;
Responsible for the management, growth, mentoring and coaching of direct reports.


Flexibility:
Perform other duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and to meet the needs of the business and its clients.
Must be able to travel at short notice to visit clients around the UK on a regular basis.
Must be available to clients as required, which will include evenings and weekend as necessary.
Professional Skills & Abilities
Proven experience in first-class Client Services delivery
Strong client management and relationship skills;
Ability to successfully lead, motivate, maintain and grow an effective team;
Proven ability to form and implement strategies;
A detailed and analytical approach to researching and analysing opportunities to increase revenue;
Experience in P&L management;
Proven experience in management and development of bidding process;
Exceptional skills in presenting technical and digital marketing information in a variety of mediums to stakeholders, internal and external;
Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills;
Key Features of this role:
• 08.30am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday
• Permanent
• £35,000 Basic Salary
